Orders for binding supplies placed before 2pm will generally be despatched on a Next Day delivery service (Carriers deliver between 9am and 5.30pm). If any order is going to be longer than 3 days you will be notified with an estimated date.  Delivery is free on orders over £100 net.

For the larger machines purchases a site survey may need to be carried out, this can quite often be done over the phone.


Payment must be cleared before goods are despatched.


Leasing is available on orders over £1000 net, subject to credit status via a third party finance company.


Service Agreements/Repairs

These can not be ordered over the internet due to factors like age and condition of machine. Please call us on 0113 2874443 or email and one of our engineers will contact you.


Our Service Agreements on guillotines include the required Health & Safety Certificate (bi-annual) and two blade sharpens.  For all machines, our Standard Agreements include unlimited call outs, no labour charges and two maintenance service visits per annum.



Damaged or faulty goods will replaced. For incorrectly ordered items, goods are to be returned at the buyer’s expense, and a 25% administration charge will be taken from the credit note (goods must be returned complete and in the original boxes).

·         Are you going to be updating your documents to need the facility to change pages
